Too many patients — especially those managing multiple chronic conditions — are left to navigate a disconnected healthcare system alone. Missed appointments, fragmented communication, and gaps in care lead to poor outcomes and rising costs.
Aequus HQ was built to close those gaps.
We deliver real-time, AI-powered engagement that supports patients before, during, and after care — while giving providers and health plans the tools they need to reduce no-shows, improve outcomes, and operate more efficiently
Aequus HQ was founded with a simple but urgent goal: to make care more accessible, coordinated, and human-centered for the people who need it most.
Starting with a focus on Medicaid and Medicare populations, we developed a platform that blends digital check-ins, personalized care journeys, and real-time insights into a single experience — purpose-built for providers and payers managing high-risk, high-need populations.
Today, Aequus HQ is working with partners to bring this vision to life across communities where health disparities are greatest — and where change matters most.
Brandon Alexander Anthony is a systems engineer, healthcare strategist, and public health expert with over a decade of experience at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and population health. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, with a focus on healthcare and life sciences, from East Carolina University; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Business from Georgia Tech; and a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology from Harvard University.
Brandon founded Aequus HQ after watching his aunt struggle to manage multiple chronic conditions in a system that offered more barriers than support. That experience — combined with years leading strategic initiatives across health tech, consulting, and value-based care — drove him to create a platform that centers patients, supports care teams, and helps healthcare systems work smarter.
